Pankaj has over 27 years of Investment Banking experience, having worked at ENAM / Axis Capital before setting up Metta in 2016. He has delivered a host of marquee transactions across M&A, PE and Capital Markets. He led relationships with large business houses including the Aditya Birla Group, and IB practice for sectors such as retail, real estate, textiles, commodities amongst others. He was involved in most of the equity raising and strategic initiatives by major retail houses in India, including Arvind, Future Group, Landmark Group, and Rahejas. He also headed Strategic Partnerships for Axis Bank as it built out its digital strategy.

Ashish has over 15 years of experience in Investment Banking and has previously worked with Morgan Stanley, Lincoln International and Aarayaa Advisory. On the advisory front, Ashish has executed M&A, divestments, IPO and private equity fund raising as buy & sell side advisor in India and in New York. Ashish is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.

Kalpesh has 18 years of professional service experience, having spent over 13 years with Ernst & Young LLP in their Transaction Services practice and 5 years with PwC in their Assurance practice. He has led numerous transaction service engagements for prominent corporate and private equity clients, advising on both buy-side and sell-side transactions across diverse sectors, including Consumer, Retail, Packaging, Chemicals, and other manufacturing industries. Kalpesh is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from R A Poddar College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai.
